Is there a simple tool to manage customer follow-ups without doing it all manually?
I keep forgetting to check in with leads or send updates to clients. Feels like I need something that can remind me or even send out messages on my behalf. Any suggestions?

During a client call last week, someone mentioned a new AI assistant built for managing local business CRM automation. I usually ignore those, but they showed me a demo and it looked… oddly useful. Signed up (free right now), and the dashboard already feels more human than most CRM software I’ve tried.
