Returning items purchased on the website

The Lord Mayor’s Appeal operates a 1 month returns policy on all products purchased online. Customers who have purchased via our website have the right to an increased ‘cooling off period’ of 14 days after the order has been placed. We offer a free returns service to all UK customers. The free returns sticker will be included in your order. This will allow you to return your order to us without incurring a postage fee. If for some reason you don’t receive the sticker, please contact us on diversity@thelordmayorsappeal.org. If you would like to exchange your purchase for a different type of badge, you will need to return the first order for a refund and re-order online.

Please send returns to the below address:
The Lord Mayor’s Appeal
The Mansion House
London
EC4N 8BH

Please note that we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges in person. When returning items for refund, please be sure to enclose a completed return form (contained in your parcel) with your order number clearly visible at the top. We would strongly recommend obtaining proof of postage, as The Lord Mayor’s Appeal can only take responsibility for the item once we have received it. All returning parcels are opened within 48 hours of being received. If you have requested a refund please allow 10 working days for your reimbursement to appear in your account. To track the progress of your refund please contact our customer services team on 020 7332 3777 or diversity@thelordmayorsappeal.org

Please note that The Lord Mayor’s Appeal will not reimburse delivery charges on orders returned using courier services. Any items returned outside of the 1 month return policy will be refused, and the customer will incur the cost of redelivery.

Returning from outside the UK

If you are returning an order from outside of the UK, clearly mark the parcel "a return to the UK for exchange" to avoid delays and unnecessary customs charges. Please note that while The Lord Mayor’s Appeal pay for any exchanged items to be re-despatched, the cost of returning the goods to the UK lies solely with the customer.
