Apple today previewed iOS 26 developer Beta, a major update that brings a beautiful new design, intelligent experiences, and improvements to the apps users rely on every day. iOS 26 will be "the biggest revamp since iOS 7" in 2013, updating the "style of icons, menus, apps, windows, and system buttons" with the new Liquid Glass design language. Key features include custom backgrounds in Messages conversations and the ability to create polls for voting, enhanced Apple Intelligence features with Live Translation for automatically translating conversations, and a brand-new Apple Games app that gives players a single destination for all their games. The developer beta is available now, with public beta coming in July.
